- James’ Musical Literacy Project
  James, like many guitarists, has always struggled with his ability to read and notate music. This series is designed to track his progress towards becoming a literate musician and beyond into composition. While this series of posts is predominantly designed to track James’ progress, it is our hope that it may help other guitarists who endeavor to go beyond strumming chords and playing patterns into a more thorough knowledge of the guitar and how it relates to the musical spectrum as a whole.
